Teacher Training Sessions (conducted via Zoom)
Teacher trainings provide an opportunity for teachers to raise any questions and concerns within an open discussion led by Sally Neuberger, LCWS-C. Trainings generally occur once a month from October through April, and all teachers, directors, and aides working in VCPC member schools are invited to participate.

VCPC Board Meetings
These planning sessions of the VCPC board are open to any interested parents, teachers, or staff at VCPC member schools. Board meetings are held at monthly at mutallly agreed upon dates and times. If you are interested in attending a meeting, please contact the president@vcpcschools.org.
Leadership Forums and Annual Business Meeting
These round-table information-sharing sessions are open to directors, board presidents, VCPC representatives, or other individuals in leadership roles at VCPC member schools. Past topics have included: enrollment processes, by-laws revisions, fundraising strategies, licensing requirements, finances, grievance procedures, class composition, marketing, training opportunities, responsibilities to special needs students, and much more. VCPC invites the submission of participant-requested topics in the weeks before the forum.
Our annual business meeting to update member schools on the current status of VCPC, discuss plans for the next year, vote any pending changes to the bylaws, and elect officers is held in conjunction with the spring leadership forum.
Parent Education Opportunities
VCPC may periodically share information about organizations offering programs that qualify as parent education hours.
